BIDDER RULES
To bid in our auction you must register to receive permission to bid.

Once you have obtained login access to the auction, you may bid each time you visit our site to browse, view, and bid. Each lot has a minimum bid, which must be placed in order for the item to sell. Our minimum bids are the reserve prices and if met the item(s) will sell. They are bid in increments by the auction software with the intention of securing the item at the lowest possible price. Bid in our auction with confidence and confidentiality.

THERE IS A 25% BUYERS PREMIUM ADDED TO EACH LOT WON IN THIS AUCTION - Any applicable sale taxes and/or shipping fees will also apply.

Bidding may occur in two ways:
  • By Internet: Bids may be placed at any time online
  • By Telephone: bids may be placed via telephone by calling 213-787-6310
Telephone bidding will be available during the live final bidding period. When outbid, an email will be sent notifying you of your status. Please make sure we have your correct email address in our system, you may check this on our web site. When the auction ends, the winning bidder will be notified via e-mail. Internet and phone bids will be executed as a convenience to customers, but we will not be held responsible for any failures, errors or omissions in the execution of such bids. All bids must be submitted within the guidelines of this auction. StreetArts.Auction LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids by any bidder. StreetArts.Auction LLC has the right to rescind any sale at our discretion without any recourse by any bidder or prospective bidder.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All claims, disputes or controversies in connection with and or relating to and/or arising out of your participation in StreetArts.Auction LLC (whether as a consignor, bidder or otherwise) including any purchaser of any item, any description of an item, any damage to an item whether asserted in contract, tort, or under any Federal or State statute or regulation shall be exclusively heard and decided by arbitration conducted by and under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The location for all such arbitrations shall be in Los Angeles County, California and the parties to this agreement mutually agree to waive the right to sue in any court and proceed with arbitration as the sole remedy. Both parties will be responsible for their own legal fees.


The respective rights and obligations of the parties with respect to the Rules and Conditions of Sale any disputes with this auction/agreement shall be settled by arbitration in Los Angeles County in the state of California, and the parties to this auction/agreement mutually agree to waive the right to sue in any court and proceed with arbitration as the sole remedy. By bidding at an auction, whether by Internet, telephone, present or by agent, the buyer shall be deemed to have consented to any disputes with this auction/agreement shall be settled by arbitration in the state of California, and the parties to this auction/agreement mutually agree to waive the right to sue in any court and proceed with arbitration as the sole remedy.

Placement of a bid in this auction constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Consignor and/or “shill” bidding are strictly prohibited. Shill bidding is any bid(s) placed by a person or persons to drive up the final price paid and realized without intent to actually take ownership of the lot. Please note that it is a violation of law to make bids in a false name or with an invalid payment method, even if our software initially accepts such a bid. Fraudulent bidders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

INVOICING & PAYMENT

All invoices will be sent via email with 48 hours of the auction closing. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of this invoice. Shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be listed on the invoice. THERE IS A 25% ADDITIONAL BUYERS PREMIUM (i.e. if you win with a bid of $1000 you will owe $1,250 (plus any applicable sales tax, shipping and handling fees.) Payment may be made by cash, traveler’s checks, money orders, wire transfers, and personal checks. No credit cards accepted. Personal checks will be held for a minimum of 10 business days before merchandise is shipped. Should legal action be required to collect unpaid balances, the bidder will be responsible for reasonable attorney’s fees and related court costs. In addition, we reserve the right to re-sell any merchandise with an unpaid balance after 15 days with the bidder responsible for any losses incurred. StreetArts.Auction, LLC reserves the right to charge interest on past due unpaid balances at 1.5% per month until paid in full.
